BIO:
As a psychologist focused in men’s mental health, relationships coaching for men, and therapy for men, I have facilitated thousands of sessions and programs to help men navigate mental health challenges, relationship struggles, and personal growth. My approach to psychology for men is practical, relatable, and tailored to support emotional well-being, resilience, and self-awareness. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I provide strategies that empower men to lead more fulfilling, balanced lives.
With a diverse background—including experience as a tradesman, complementary health practitioner, partner, and father—I bring a unique, down-to-earth perspective to my work. I understand firsthand the pressures men face in relationships, career, and life transitions.
I draw upon leading therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me in the ocean—surfing or free diving—connecting with nature as a vital part of my own well-being.
