Anger Management
Program For Men
Recognised program delivered by a registered psychologist – suitable for legal, workplace, or personal requirements. Attendance certificate provided.
Anger Management That Works
Is anger, frustration, or constant stress starting to cost you — at home, at work, or in your relationships? Do you find yourself snapping over small things? Raising your voice? Shutting down? Regretting what you said — or how you said it? You’re not alone. And you’re not “just an angry guy.” Anger is a normal emotion. But when it becomes your default response, it can damage trust, strain relationships, affect your career, and impact your health.
Through a uniquely integrated dual-model approach—combining tailored individual sessions with structured between-session learning—you will develop:
- Effective and long term anger management skills
- Practical tools to regulate emotion and manage stress
- Identify unhelpful patterns of reacting, including yelling, withdrawal or avoidance
- Improve communication and relational dynamics
- Skills to build secure, fulfilling relationships
- Greater clarity in decision-making
- Sustainable strategies for long-term psychological growth
- Strengthen emotional regulation capacity
- Create lasting behavioural change
We use structured, evidence-based strategies grounded in behavioural and cognitive science. That means clear frameworks, practical exercises, and skills you can apply immediately in real-world situations.
This isn’t about suppressing anger. It’s about understanding and transforming anger into effective and constructive communication and relational skills it — so it doesn’t control you.
If you’re ready to respond with strength instead of reactivity, this program gives you the tools to do it.

As a psychologist specializing in men’s mental health, relationships coaching for men, and therapy for men, I have facilitated thousands of sessions and programs to help men navigate mental health challenges, relationship struggles, and personal growth.
My approach to psychology for men is practical, relatable, and tailored to support emotional well-being, resilience, and self-awareness. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, I provide strategies that empower men to lead more fulfilling, balanced lives.
With a diverse background—including experience as a tradesman, complementary health practitioner, partner, and father—I bring a unique, down-to-earth perspective to my work. I understand firsthand the pressures men face in relationships, career, and life transitions, and I integrate evidence-based psychological therapies with holistic approaches to offer well-rounded support.
I draw upon leading therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution Focused Therapy.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me in the ocean—surfing or free diving—connecting with nature as a vital part of my own well-being.

Professional Development
I have trained with some of the world’s leading experts in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), including Dr. Steven Hayes, Russ Harris, and Dr. Louise Hayes. I have also studied Internal Family Systems (IFS) with leading practitioners, including Richard Schwartz.
Beyond my formal psychological training, I have undertaken extensive studies in Tibetan medicine, Buddhist practice, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and meditation philosophy. This broad foundation enables me to support men holistically—helping them not only with psychological strategies but also with lifestyle, mindfulness, and well-being practices that foster long-term resilience and growth.
